We understand that our clients lead busy lives and sometimes things above and beyond your control may mean you are running late or need to cancel. We will always try to be as accommodating as possible, but please be aware of the following policies:

Hunters Cancellation Policy

Hunters reserve your appointment slot especially for you, where possible we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice of cancellation.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed by text 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee may apply.

Hunters Late Policy

Arriving more than a few minutes late may mean we are not able to honor your appointment.

Here at Hunters we always want to give you the best possible experience. Arriving anymore than a couple of minutes late may mean that we do not have sufficient time to give you the service you deserve. Of course, we understand that it is not always your fault and where possible we will always try to accommodate you. However, if we can no longer carry out a full service we have the right to refuse your appointment.

Hunters Text Notification Policy

We understand that remembering that appointment you made 6-8 weeks ago is not always easy. Therefore, Hunters Hair Specialists will send you a text notification 2 days prior to your appointment to confirm the date and time. If you do not wish to be part of this service please notify one of the team.

At Hunters we love to keep in touch with our guests so please don't be offended when we ask you for your mobile number and email address.
